Kristen Schultz is a native of Montgomery County, Texas and returned home in 2006 after living in Asheville, North Carolina for seventeen years. She graduated with a BS in Business Administration from Montreat College in North Carolina.
Kristen began her real estate career eight years ago in Asheville, working in both the resale markets and new home communities. Although awards are not her goal, Kristen’s commitment to service was recognized on a yearly basis with Beverly-Hanks & Associates, Realtors, with annual production levels of $10 million plus. Most importantly, she was the winner of the “Raving Fans” award, a direct result of satisfied customers returning very positive evaluations to her manager.

Kristen, her husband, and their two children live in Montgomery. She donates time to her children’s school, is a member of the United Way Peaks Society, and is a volunteer for local organizations.
